Correlation ID

My O2 account has been charged almost £600 with multiple Google Play charges.  I do not have a Google Play account and have not made these payments.  To try and get to the bottom of it I have to fill out a form and need a correlation ID from O2.  On phoning O2, no one knows what this is and cannot help me!! I am going round and round in circles and at a loss end with it all!  Has anyone had a similar problem or know how I can get a correlation ID please? 

I thought O2 had a Fraud Department to help loyal and longstanding customers?!?!?

O2 don't have this information, it ca be found on the transaction page on https://pay.google.com click on the purchases and it will show the transaction ID

Google should be more clearer, and they are just buying time.. If you have an android phone you have a Google Pay Account. 

Google can also provide this...
