Unlocking my handset

Hi,  How can I unlock my handset when I don't have access to another Newtork Sim Card?

Thanks.  I have a current O2 sim and am locked to that network.  I want to unlock my handset but remain with O2 - for the time being

I tried this, I just got the message telling me to insert a non O2 network sim card and enter the code they've sent me.  The guide you sent suggests I just enter the code but I have no idea where on my phone I am able to do this.  Maybe I'll just change networks, seem easier that way!

Unless you have another network sim then you can't enter the code

All the networks offer a free sim card so just order one online
