I have recently transferred over to an IPhone 13 and new SIM card but all calls are coming through as unknown even though the numbers are saved in my contacts, any ideas on how to resolve the issue?

You will need to get in touch with customer services @Lottielou as they will need to check your account - specifically something called Caller Line ID (CLID).

Call 202 or 0344 809 0202 if you are pay monthly, or 4445 or 0344 809 222 if PAYG (or use 0800 032 1402 if you have no other line, and you can use Skype for free - Guide: A Guide to Skype ).

Alternatively message o2 on social media:

Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

Let me know how you get on @Lottielou

I’ve been experiencing the same issue for well over 2 months now and still yet to get a resolution from O2.

Been experiencing same issue with my phone since upgrade, changed sims, reset phone and O2 still can't give me any explanation as to why this is happening. So bad, when trying to use phone for work. Don't know who's calling, can't block spam numbers, don't know who's called if missed a call.

Welcome to the club no one wants to join. I’m now over 3 months with this issue. Last contact was with a woman from O2’s complaints review service. She escalated the issue to the case management team hoping to yield some success, but I was promised a callback with an update almost 2 weeks ago and am yet to hear anything. Truly abysmal service from O2, reluctant to port my number out until the issue is resolved in case it follows me to a new network!
