Hi,
I moved mu number from EE and also then transferred from a physical sim to an e-sim. I can make calls and receive texts but I am unable to receive calls. When someone tries to reach me on my number, it either says 'client not available' or they get a busy/engaged tone. I use an iPhone 11. I need urgent help please.
