Hi,
I joined O2 on 13/5 and submitted a number Port in form on the 16/5 when my SIM arrived and despite numerous phone calls and web chats I still don’t have my number. Apparently the port in failed twice on 19/5 the person who promised to call me back on 20/5 didn’t bother.
My old number is no longer active and this is causing me problems as I use this number for work and for getting authorisation codes etc., I can’t even access my GP! I’ve had zero texts (on the new SIM number) or emails from O2 to keep me updated.
I’m losing my mind over this, can anybody help please?
