Unable to call one specific number

Since this morning (03/11/2022) I have been unable to call my wife's mobile number. I get the error message 'Calls to this number are not being connected. If you've dialled correctly it means that this number is not available from this network'. I can send texts to her mobile and she can ring. Other people can ring her phone. I've never had this problem before and I made a call to her number last night. She is on Plusnet but so is my daughter and I can call my daughter.

It's possible that your wife has accidently blocked your number

Ask her to open the call settings and check the blocked/spam numbers to see if your number is in there

Thank you. Yes, she has checked that I'm not blocked. She has deleted my number and added it again. Restarted her phone and I've done the same. Others seem to have had the same problem which seems to have resolved itself over time with no explanation of the problem.
