Hi there,

I recently switched from EE to O2 and kept my number, however, if I text from my phone, it comes up as a different number, whereas my phone is fully set up on my old number (so calls, whats app etc is the correct number) but for some reason messages are from a different number. How do I rectify this please?

@AJL

Contact O2 for a new blank sim then do a sim swap Guide: Sim Swap: a mini guide 2017 update

You can go in store for a sim or message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

Thanks

Hi Gavin,

Yes an Iphone 12. I've tried what the other poster suggested but it when I enter my number and save, it just saves the old one. Thanks for taking the time to reply.
