I ordered the Samsung galaxy book Pro on the 31st December, payed the upfront cost which has been debited from my account, however since then have received anything to say it has been dispatched. Tried to log on to My 02, on the Internet it works but says I don't have any items, and the app says oops your account isn't set up yet. How long am I meant to wait for? I can't even find a number to call nor can I live chat to someone. Thanks Chloe
