Hi,

My Samsung S8 has over a period of time kept freezing & switching itself off.  The last 4 days or so it's done it about a dozen times a day.  Today it's done the same again but all i've got is a black screen but the blue light is on top left corner. Any ideas what's wrong?

@TracyH You're more likely to get a definitive answer from Samsung:

It's either an ap causing conflict or you may need a factory reset

Try a soft reset first

To soft reset a frozen Galaxy S8 or S8 Plus you need to hold the power button and the volume-down button for roughly 7 seconds. Let go of the buttons once you feel the device vibrate and see the Samsung Galaxy S8 logo on the screen. Your phone will then reboot, and hopefully, start working properly once again.
