Travelling to the US

Hi All

I'm travelling to the US on Thursday. I'm on a monthly tariff. I wanted to first buy the £6 bolt on and then thought I'll buy just data as the US is in Zone 1. However, I am unable to buy any of those and can only buy Zone 3. 
I was on My O2 and this is what my bolt on says:

O2 Travel (for O2 Travel Inclusive Zone)

Stay connected in selected destinations outside our Europe and O2 Travel Inclusive Zones. Costs £6.00 a day, when used.

FREE

O2 Travel Inclusive Zone

Inclusive roaming across 27 destinations outside Europe. Normally £6.00 a day.

FREE

Does this mean I have free roaming in the US?

Yes O2 Travel Inclusive give you free roaming in the States
