Transferring my old number to o2

I recently changed over from EE to o2 and although people are phoning my old number from o2 it is coming through to my phone when I text out it is coming from the o2 supplied number I also cannot text any one sms it will not be deliberated only iMessages will go through

WE are just customers like you, so advice is simple and basic I'm afraid. Keep rebooting the phone.

However you should speak to O2

 If you call O2 on 202 or 0344 809 0202 or use O2's social media to help by messaging them on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.

Edit, save and reboot.
