Transferring eSIM

I’m trying to transfer my eSIM to a new phone but can’t use my old phone as the screen is smashed.

@1512 You should be able to do it on your MyO2 page. If you have difficulty with it, call into an O2 store, if you have one nearby, and they'll do it for you. Be sure to bring photo ID with you.
