Even though o2 customer service are saying ‘successfully ported, restart your phone’ they are not listening that it’s not successful, quite a mess actually. Neither number working so can’t call….. text messages from ported number going to old sim - number showing ported on o2 but texts to GG….. can’t text or call from either phone, 20+ restarts - no difference….. it hasn’t ported but o2 don’t seem to want to listen or believe me. This is dire customer service!!!!

Sounds like the port not worked properly @Drives .
As you have tried to get customer services to sort this but are struggling I will ask the community advisors to take a look.
