Top Up

I just tried to top up with a new card for £10 I got an error message saying payment was not accepted after I had verified the card with a card reader I then used a card previously accepted again for £10 . this was accepted without verification  . When I looked at my balance it had gon up by £20! So obviously my new card was accepted!

We recommend 1st top up to be done by voucher

After that you can register a debit card

Well I haven't used a voucher, I've already used a debit card. I also didn't get prompted to use the activation code when setting it up, so I haven't been able to use that £10 either. So now I'm £20 down, but balance says £0.
Can this be sorted please?
