Appears there is a problem and O2 are working on it.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Seems part of the o2 network is down yet again this is the second time in 3 months. 
Its also affecting Sky mobile and Tesco mobile customers.
