Texts not sending error code 50

Hi, I am able to make and receive calls, but my texts are not sending. I get error code 50. I've tried Google and my phone help for solutions but not resolved. I did call O2 on Thursday to advise my monthly credit has been delayed and agreed with the advisor I could pay Wed 11th Oct. I was assured I could still use my phone until then and also adjusted my monthly charge to £6. Is this the reason my texts not sending? Could you help please 👍

This is a customer to customer community, not O2.
You need to contact O2.

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
