Two weeks ago, I found I could no longer send or receive text messages. I have been to the Telford O2 store several times.
My SIM card has been swapped, the SIM card has been tried in another phone. I have carried out a hard reset of my phone. I am still unable to send or receive texts. O2 Technical support have an ongoing ticket to resolve the issue, but as yet, I have not had any response. Am I missing something?
