There has been terrible data coverage in the G82 and G83 area since the beginning of my contract 18 months ago. Can’t wait to be done with O2.

@1Christopher1 Most likely congestion from too many users and O2 can't cope. Try Pay & Go sims from the other networks before switching to see who gives you the best coverage. In the meanwhile take a look at these guides which may or may not help:

Also look into WiFi calling at home if that's part of your problem: Wifi and 4G Calling explained | O2
