Hi I am wondering if anyone can help.
I recently joined O2 and my signal is abysmal, I don't have any in my house, place of work, or university despite everything saying the network is OK.
I have reset my network connections and nothing, I am at my witts end as I can't obtain another contract now due to the hard check done by O2.

I assume then you are out of your 14 days cooling off?
I was going to suggest the likes of Voxi or Smarty which do 30 day rolling contracts with no credit checks
