Hi there. I hope this is the right board.
I just upgraded my phone, as my old one broke, and I was near the end of my contract. I believe I need to do something called a sim swap. As from what I can tell, the new sim is blank.
However, the sim swap page on the o2 website is offline, and as my old phone is broken, I can't text the 020220 number.
I've tried contacting o2 through the various customer service outlets, but they all seem to be closed/unavailable due to covid.
Is there any other ways or options for me to sim swap? Any help is appreciated.
