Hiya,
I've changed to a new tariff and a new sim was sent to me.
I did 'swap my sim' online but i still don't have access to the network. This was around 2pm yesterday so well over 24 hours.
Any ideas?

nomaly 24 hours for a sim swap if it failed its best to go in store and let them do it for you sometimes its faster in store or same time 24 hours take your passport with you they will do in store for you
