Can someone help by explaining why at 8.45pm I get a message saying I am trying to contact the support team outside of of hours and the message says their hours are 7am to 10pm!!!!

Well we are all customers here, so not a question we ca really answer.
Both sales and Payment Management run these times, as to the rest I guess its down to staffing
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
