Suddenly lost visual voicemail

Hi there,

I know this has been raised before, but the solutions there haven't worked for me.

Today I chaged my plan with O2 - basically the same plan, just with less data, as I'm not using a lot of data.

Then I noticed when I got a voicemail that I get a big red blob on the voicemail icon (iphone) - that's new, I thought.  Went in and the only option is "Call Voicemail", whereas I used to be able to see the voicemail at the top and press plan and listen to it.

Phone is an iPhone 14 Pro Max.   Tried all the troubleshooting listed in siumilar threads, even resetting network 😞 and still no change.

Am I losing my mind (quite possible!) - not sure why it would just disappear like that, but more important, how can I get it back?

Thanks,

Matt

Best to call or Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202

Sounds like you lost the iData bolt on.

Call O2 to add it again.

Ah, ok - hadn't realised as I never noticed it before.  Will give them a call probably tomorrow now.  Is it something that can be done via live chat or do I need to / is it better to call?

Awesome, thanks.  That worked.  Also had to turn off messaging service by dialling 1760 (makes sense really, as VVM becomes the messaging service) and then it worked!
