Suddenly No signal

I’ve moved to a new place two weeks ago and signal has been great. However on Monday 27/01/25 lunchtime my signal at home just suddenly disappeared and all I get is the satellite signal now while I’m home. If I leave the village then my signal returns. I’ve checked everything with my phone and o2 checked service and they say it’s fine. I really am stuck though without any signal as I have no Wi-Fi and I’m disabled so unable to contact anyone if there was an issue. Any suggestions please!?

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
