Hi I am waiting for a new bank card to arrive and my outgoing calls have been stopped on both my phone numbers. [Personal details removed] and [Personal details removed]. Please can I get all my services back on and I will pay the phone bill by 04/12/21. Thanks

You need to speak to the Payment Management Team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
