I ordered a console online D/Debit £9.56 a month and a £30 upfront fee, it arrived on the 6th November 2022, the console was still in the delivery bag, box never opened I sent it back on the 14th November 2022 recorded delivery, Customer Service’s said they haven’t received it, kept on ringing every couple of weeks and they finally said it’s arrived, got told my refund will be in 5-7 working days, I get told the same thing now when I phone, it’s now February 2023, still no refund. A trip to citizen’s advice bureau may be needed if it’s not resolved soon.
