For couple of days I have not received text messages for 2-Factor Authentication sent from two different banks (I have made no changes to anything at all for years). But I am still receiving (at least some) text messages from private individuals. What is going wrong?

Just to add to my message above: I find that I am also not receiving SMS message from a third bank. And I have again confirmed that I can receive an SMS sent from an O2 phone in the neighbourhood. (I have rebooted my [Android] phone, and I have checked that there is nothing in the SMS "Spam and blocked" folder.)
