Or as we’re just customers like you it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you call O2 on 202 or 0344 809 0202 or use O2's social media to help by messaging them on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

Unfortunately not @C-N, for security reasons - otherwise people could just get a blank sim and take your number.
If you no longer have the old sim you will need to report it lost and get a replacement.
Either contact o2 customer services on social media - Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) - or go into your local store with some photo ID.
Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).
