I applied online for new sim. I gave my pac code when ordering new sim. 
I have got new sim now. 
what do I do now?

You should get a text with a port date, this is the date your old number comes over to your new sim card.. 

If you havent got the date in a day or so then contact o2, as your PAC may have failed to apply, or been rejected by your old number, and get them the PAC again. 

 

You can contact o2 on 202 from your o2 phone or 0344 809 0202 from any other phone.
