My sim only contract started 2017, but when I go to upgrade it’s saying not eligible??

I would contact the Sales Team, as if you havent upgraded or changed tariff something else is amiss.
Bare in mind if you have missed a payment or its been late this delays any upgrade options by upto 6 months
If you message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
Or you can call them on 0800 081 0255
