Hi, I have a dual sim phone and two o2 cards. One pay as you go and another pay monthly. I am abroad and although the pay as you go is registered to a local network, the pay monthly sim isn't. I didn't have this problem before, as both cards were automatically registered to a local network everytime I was abroad. I have roaming turned on and travel add on. What do I need to do? Thanks, Sila

Let me tag @O2Waqas who may be able to help... It sounds like a local network error, but Waqas will be able to advise further

I am having the same issue on a pay and go and am keen to keep my number when abroad for 1 year and use it for authentication request. I arrived into Melbourne, the SIM card worked for a few days and now only displays no service. Could o2 have placed an international roaming bar on account and if so how can this be lifted? Thanks Ray

You will need to manually select the network for the 2nd Sim, and also ensure the 2nd Sim is on 3G/4G only.
Have you tried to select a network manually? Also be aware you need to make a chargeable event once every 6months overwise the sim will be terminated.

Thanks for your reply, yes tried manual network selection, no luck. It states sos only as opposed to no service on selection.

@madasaf1sh I can confirm the fault for @Raymond4 has been resolved after turning off 5g and doing a manual network selection
Thanks
