Been told all the time that a mast is down in our area for months and months but has never been fixed and we dont get any signal.fed up with being fobbed off all the time

Keep using and logging this using the O2 Network app or online tool as in here, @Sallyrandall - and sign up for updates. Get others on O2 in the area to do likewise Guide: How can I sort out my network issues?
