I hardly have any signal where I live, I can’t access the internet or make/receive calls without Wi-Fi, I struggle to get verification codes through for websites and the problem hasn’t gotten any better. I’ve tried to contact support but chat support says it’s always busy and I haven’t got enough signal to call o2 even with Wi-Fi assist (which only works sometimes). It’s getting to a point now where I’m paying money for a contract that I can’t use. I’m now having to consider paying for a second SIM card with another provider just so I can use my phone. I’ve asked for help several times and heard nothing. Please can someone help me here?

If you are just in a bad spot or if there is a long term problem there is not much you can do.

I assume your phone works quite well out of area

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
