Took contract out at beginning of year and signal is terrible. Calls drop, people can't hear me, messages can take a few attempts to send and my Internet barely works. I currently have h+

I've contacted customer services previously and had to use a different phone to call because mine doesn't work, told to get a new sim which I did, done all the reset advice and still.. barely works. It's appalling and trying to physically talk to customer services is a nightmare.

Thank you, I have checked this. There are no signal issues. There is either an issue with the phone or the network isn't what is described on the website when I took the contract out and I cannot get through to a human on the phone.

I have the same issues and esim. O2 shop couldn’t work out why I was given an esim as it’s the same network!?!

He also admitted he was struggling to get service. I was miss sold based on computer maps showing service coverage. They are not true and should be taken down
