Hi,

My signal comes and goes all the time every day. There's certain parts in my area where it just doesn't work at all, but also it is patchy regardless where I travel to at various points in the day.

I've reported this a few times now through thr network tracker feature and nothing ever gets done about it.

It's been like this since day 1 and I'm just getting a bit fed up paying for a service I'm not really getting.

What can I do that actually gets the issue dealt with? It really interferes eith day today activities on my phone and I use it a lot now for work and it's becoming a bigger issue.

Is this something I have to just accept or can it actually be sorted and if not, how do i get out of my contract?
