Hello,

On the 02.12.2022, I upgraded my contract.

I bought a s22 plus, ever since, wheni try to call short numbers it doesn't work.

 

When i I try to call numbers like 101/111/202/voicemail/any other short number, it just jangs up after 1 second. Normal numbers work just fine. 

 

It is really frustrating and I don't know how to fix it. I tried to cqll support but it doesnt work, i tried to speak with support via the app but somehow the chat is always busy. 

 

If you encountered this problem before, was there a fix for it ? Thank you

Set your spend cap to £5. 

The free calls will then work.
