I'm trying to log into my O2 account on the app. It's saying I need to verify so it's sent me a text message code, however the sim is in an iPad, so cannot receive texts (it came with the iPad) - there's no device I can put the sim in (devices are locked to a different network) so how can I log into my account?!?!

I have a bill query I need to check, but can't!

HELP!?!?

@Cub1990

Then you will need to call customer services all the details are here Guide: How to find help & contact O2

And it would be very strange for any phone to be locked to a network if it was bought in the past 5 years or so..
