Hi all. There are four phones registered to my account (mine, my partner's and my two children), but I can only see mine on the O2 app. I'd like to be able to see all of them. I've tried 'bring in other product' but it just tells me that they are already registered. Does anyone know how I can see all the phones on the app?

Accounts cannot be combined currently.
You'll need a separate login for each.
This is a customer to customer community, not O2.
You need to contact O2.

At the moment you cant has the feature has been temporarily disabled, due to the ongoing migration of Virgin into o2..
So for now you cant do anything
