Hi,
what is wrong with this company. I moved to O2 as they said i will get good signal because had virgin media wifi. But not only i never got good signal on my phone but started getting scam calls (many was verified and accepted by VMo2 that they were impersonating. Also Virgin media account access was blocked by virgin and O2 without any explanation nor any report from them to explain what was wrong and why i had no wifi for weeks and weeks and every month i have outage. Along with this, their engineers visited 3 times, one didn't installed properly, second engineer said nothing wrong (after full week of outage) and last one even after I mentioned during booking that engineer should be able to show his legitimacy by work ID verification and need a new router. As soon as he came said "I dont have ID" and he offered a unsealed, without packaging, and handwritten SSID and password for a used or illegal router.
this is beyond my understanding. Not only i have multiple evidences and frustration with all this, I am also very much interested in learning how may people in this scams/poor management/dishonest practices involve.
after all bills paid and as the sales person said all the time at the time of booking and customer care person said that was even untrue, I paid regularly and no one in any case should get this type of service and negligence. A lasting legitimate solution and service will be good!

It affects all such companies, @sk25 - Guide: A Guide to Deal with Spam/Scam Calls and Text may help you.
Otherwise Guide: How to find help & contact O2 will let you get in touch with O2 directly.
Good luck!

As far as your broadband is concerned you need to deal with Virgin Media direct. O2 have no access to VM accounts.
As far as routers are concerned there is no guarantee that these will be new. Virgin refurbish and reissue all the time. Engineers often carry these as spares.
