The main number for pay monthly is 202, and for pay as you go is 4445 @Scams1

Experience shows the best time to call is 8am.

There are some alternatives in the guide below, as well as hints on getting through.

They’ve sent me a phone and a new contract is set up on my account. The phone I’ve been sent I’ve been asked to send to an address in Dagenham as it’s the wrong phone apparently. Seems like I’ve got a new phone and they’re wanting me to direct it to them and not send another to me. I google the address which is apparently a warehouse but it’s actually a terraced house. I’m just gonna keep the phone as it matches the one on my account. Thank you

@Scams1 You need to notify your bank and you need to speak to customer service.
Call 202 from your mobile or 0800 032 1402 from any phone or the numbers in the link provided by @gmarkj.
When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say 'Fraud' if the suggestion above doesn't get you through.
Best time to call is 8 am.
