Hi, I've just switched to o2 from Lebara this week on a pay monthly contract, porting my old number across. I've been trying to log on to both mobile and online banking with santander, but it requires receiving a one time passcode to my phone number. I've tried this multiple times now and none of the messages are coming through, to the point where I've now been locked out of my account. There is no other way to get back in than to receive a OTP to my phone number. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

A common issue with O2.
This is a customer to customer community, not O2, so we cannot access your account, sorry.
You need to contact O2.
Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (X) (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (contract) 4445 or 0344 8090222 (PAYG)

Ask your bank for an alternative way of telephone banking, and Guide: How to find help & contact O2 to get them to check if your port is 100% complete - they may need to tear down your connection at the O2 side and rebuild it for the network to give you full service, do be prepared for some downtime as they do that. The Social Media team, links below for either X or FB, should help, and be persistent!
