Hi i was upgrade phone yesterday for samsung s23 ultra and there was the offer for buy samsung buds pro 2 for £1 but i don't do this, is any chance to do this now?

NO that wont be the reason @Brandonstockman. They reply on many solved posts. The advisors appear to have gone awol since Friday lunchtime. We have no idea why.

I'm not here Monday morning @Brandonstockman so the best I can do is tag the advisors who SHOULD be on ie @O2Ryan and @O2Helen01 and hope they can help.
If there is no response from either of them, then I'm afraid it's back to customer service.

@Cleoriff Thank you. I messaged them on Facebook yesterday afternoon but not had a reply.
Seems they have all gone AWOL, from everywhere. Im not sure how long it usually takes to get a response on there as its the first time I've messaged them so I'll wait and see if I get one.
