SIM not working in Lebanon

Hi

I wonder why is it the O2 service sometimes works and other times not working in Lebanon especially with SMS!

Is there a way to resolve this issue?

Will be down to the local Lebanese infrastructure, so somethings to try:

Turn off 5G and just use 4G or 3G

Choose another network

Also SMS  is not a delivery guaranteed method of communivation
