Hi.
I’ve just received my SIM card. When I go into my O2 account to activate it, the account says I don’t have any products associated with the account.
I’ve put the sim into the phone but though it shows 4G, it won’t give me an option to connect to my home’s WiFi.
What can I do to rectify it please?

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this
