SIM PIN - how do I set one on my new SIM?

Just joined O2 from a rival. How do I set up a SIM PIN (Galaxy S20 & Android12)? Googling suggests Settings>Biometrics & Security>Other Security settings>1st option Set SIM PIN. My problem is that, under Other Security Settings there is no SIM PIN Option, the 1st available is 'make passwords visible', the 2nd option in everything I've read.

Has it been moved? I can't believe the option isn't there so.... Where is it?

It could also be under the Biometrics as well as you say. 

I would reach out to Samsung support if both dont exist, they are available 24/7 via samsung.com
