SIM 1 not provisioned

I have just been abroad and used a second SIM out there for data, retaining my UK SIM for calls and texts. A few days ago, I started receiving a message saying SIM1 not provisioned - for no apparent reason. I need that SIM to receive texts or calls with a security code to access my work so haven't been able to work for 3 days. Now I am back in the UK, this is more urgent. I cant call O2 as I don't have a landline and the online chat is not available. Please help! Thanks
