Anyone else's s23 order number not working for the extra £150 recycle credit?

Been trying to put a recycle through but it just won't take the code.

Someone else mentioned using the reference number rather than the order number this time.

I had to email them 72 hours after going live with my new phone and provide a screenshot of my order confirmation email and they activated my recycle promo using the order number.

I'm facing the same issue as well and they've told me that I'm ineligible. I'm awaiting a call from the management's team to breakdown the reason.
