Phone is unable to send or receive calls

Since being moved from Virgin to O2 I have been unable to send or receive calls. The phone shows it is on the O2 network and can receive texts but not calls. I have checked the SIM settings and the IMI status is "not registered". I visited an O2 shop...

Resolved! Finish Contract

I'm out of contact now and want to port my number to a new network. Will this automatically cancel my contract when it ports over? I'll be cancelling my direct debit as well.Many thanks for your answerMartin
