E Sim not supported

I just changed phones and tried to shift my e sim to the new one. I received a message that my SIM is no longer supported and that is does not support E Sim transfer. Pls advise how to go about solving this issue.

Web link not working,

Error 500 keeps showing, whether I'm using phone, tablet or PC.It looks like something has gone wrong, we're looking into it and hope to get it fixed soon.Been like this for 2 weeks.Why can't you fix it in that time???
