Hi 

I’m on holiday I’m Dubai, my data and roaming are turned off, why are calls still coming through? I don’t want extra charges!

Because turning Roaming off only affects Data, and not phone calls, if you want to stop calls and texts, you need to put your phone in Airplane mode as well.
