Hi,
New to O2, and I was wondering if O2 offers any sort of 2FA for user accounts, where I can set it up, and if it's available to all sim types and not just one or the other?

Hi @Barrrrrrrrrrrn - the answer is "sort of": 2FA is enabled if you try and make any changes on your account: you get an SMS with a warning and then an SMS with a one-time PIN to let you get access to that section of your MyO2.
You also have a security word set for any online or telephone enquiries to customer services, which can be changed under your details in your MyO2. Hope that helps!
